Do you crate dogs?

No. Dogs live inside the home and have a 24-hour dog run with motion sensor lights at night.

Do you accept all breeds?

No. We do not accept Pit Bulls. All other breeds are open to a potential stay, following a meet-and-greet.

What happens if there’s an emergency?

You will be contacted immediately. If veterinary care is required, we act promptly and communicate with you.

Can Loving Care 4 Pets administer medication?

Yes, with clearly written instructions.

Do owners receive updates?

Yes. Photo and video updates are typically sent during stays.

What if my dog doesn’t adjust well?

If a dog is not a good fit for the environment, we will discuss next steps immediately.

Where is the in-home boarding located?

Three Oaks, Michigan (Southwest Michigan). Pickup and delivery available.

Where is dog walking service available?

Weekday dog walking is available in select North Shore communities within the New Trier township including Kenilworth, Winnetka, Northfield and Glencoe.

Can dog walking service take place on holidays?

No major holidays.

Do dogs ever receive “pack walking” exercise?

No. We only take one pet owner at a time.

What if I’m late for in-home boarding delivery?

After 6p, a full additional day is charged.

Where is the in-home boarding service available?

In-home boarding is available in select Michigan communities such as Three Oaks, Union Pier, Lakeside, Harbert, Sawyer, New Buffalo, Chikaming Township, Weesaw Township and other Southwest Michigan beach communities.

In-home boarding is also available in select North Shore communities within the New Trier township including Kenilworth, Winnetka, Northfield and Glencoe.

Pickup and delivery are available for clients in Illinois and Michigan.
